Poinsettia Recipe



 Ingredients

  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec, optional
  • 4 ounces chilled Champagne or other sparkling wine
  • GARNISH:
  • 3 fresh cranberries

Directions

  • Editor's Note: To make a batch of Poinsettias (6 servings), slowly pour one bottle (750 ml) chilled Champagne into a pitcher. Stir in 3/4 cup cranberry juice and 3 ounces Triple Sec if desired.

 Champagne Cocktail Recipe
  Ingredients 

  • 1 Imperial Sugar® / Dixie Crystals® Granulated Sugar cube or 1/2 teaspoon Imperial Sugar® / Dixie Crystals® Granulated Sugar
  • 6 dashes bitters
  • 1/2 ounce brandy
  • 1/2 cup Champagne, chilled
  • GARNISH:
  • Maraschino cherry and lemon slice

Directions


  • Place sugar in a champagne flute or cocktail glass; sprinkle with bitters. Pour brandy into the glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish as desired. Yield: 1 serving.

Ingredients
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 ounce raspberry liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chilled Champagne
Directions
  • Fill a mixing glass or tumbler one-third full with ice. Add the raspberry liqueur, orange liqueur and pomegranate juice; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass.
  • Place raspberries in a chilled champagne flute or cocktail glass; strain liqueur mixture into glass. Top with Champagne. Yield: 1 serving.
